Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use templkit.com or buy a product from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Templkit is operated by Abdelhak Fennich, an individual based in Morocco. You can reach us at contact@templkit.com.

What we sell

Templkit sells digital products: website templates, landing pages, and related design and code assets. Each product page describes what is included, the formats supplied, and the price. Live previews show the product as delivered, with sample content.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and at checkout. Payment is handled by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed you are taken to a private download page with your files as a ZIP archive. If you close that page, you can recover your download from the order recovery page using the order number and email from your receipt. Nothing is shipped physically.

License

Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it. What you may and may not do is set out in the License.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or products to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attack, overload, or try to bypass the security of the site, including the download system.

Our content

The site, its design, and all products remain the intellectual property of Templkit, except where a product notes third-party assets under their own licenses.

Liability

Products are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, Templkit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from the use of a product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
