Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit Templkit or contact us. It describes the site in its current state. Purchases, customer accounts, newsletter subscriptions, and contact form submissions are not available yet. We will update this policy before introducing any of those features.

Who is responsible for your information?

Templkit is operated by Abdelhak Fennich in Morocco. Abdelhak Fennich is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@templkit.com.

What information do we handle?

We may handle the following information:

• Technical information: When you visit the site, the hosting service may record your IP address, the time of your request, the page requested, and related technical data in server logs. A search term included in a page URL may also appear in those logs.
• Information you send us: If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. The contact form currently shown on the site cannot be submitted.

We do not currently collect payment details, order histories, or account information through this site. We have not added advertising pixels, newsletter signup tools, or a separate analytics service.

Why do we use it?

Technical information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose errors. If you email us, we use your message to answer you and handle your request. Where the GDPR applies, these uses rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the site and responding to correspondence. We do not use this information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who receives it?

Hostinger provides the hosting infrastructure and may process technical information needed to serve the site. If you email us, the email services used to send and receive that message may process it. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the site and its users. We do not sell your personal information.

Where is it processed?

We operate from Morocco. Hostinger and email service providers may process information in other countries. We will verify the live hosting location and email handling before launch and update this section with any required transfer information.

How long is it kept?

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to answer and manage the request, or longer if a legal obligation requires it. Hosting logs are kept according to the hosting configuration and the time needed for security and troubleshooting. We will confirm the live hosting retention settings before launch. We do not currently maintain customer or order databases.

Cookies

We have not added analytics or advertising cookies to this site. The live hosting setup may use cookies or similar technology that are necessary for operation or security. We will check the deployed site and update this section if its cookie use changes.

Your choices and rights

You can email contact@templkit.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to or request a restriction of processing. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have a right to receive your information in a portable format and to complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some rights have legal exceptions.

Children

Templkit is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the site or its services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. For questions about this policy, contact contact@templkit.com.
