Refund Policy

Templkit products are digital files delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned like a physical item. Every product has a live preview so you can check it fully before buying. We still want you to get what you paid for.

When you can get a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the files are faulty, incomplete, or will not open or run as described, and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time; or
• the product is materially different from its description or live preview; or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

When refunds are not given

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• The product does not suit a use that its page did not describe.
• The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email contact@templkit.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days and usually try to fix the issue first.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. After a refund, the license for that order ends and the files must be deleted.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
